GOLF Day Confirmed

I have our confirmation letter from the Westersham Golf Club (www.westerhamgc.co.uk) for our GOLF Day on Friday 27th of August 2010, I thought i would give you an update on the status.

Players:

You will notice we have had one drop out below, thus to fill that slot one more player is welcome to join us on the day, i copied here some players who may be interested on this message.

Also we have the option to include a putting competition within our day for an extra £10 for our whole group, i have undertaken that option.

Please do not forget to bring the full amount, £60, in cash or card, as we have paid a deposit and need to settle the account on the day. Plus we need a donation towards prizes, which i expect will automatically go to the Help for Heroes charity and we forgo any of the normal "crap" prizes for putting, nearest the pin and long drive

Please note if you want to cancel, you must do so within 48 hours of our midday tee off, otherwise we as a group will be charged the full fee and thus so will you.

Food:
We have a 3 course meal starting at 17:00 all within the cost of the day, smart casual dress required, i need to confirm numbers and and menu 10 days prior......to save a lot of email traffic, here is the set menu chosen by me.

* Chef's homemade soup of the day and crusty roll
* Turkey, Ham & Leek pie, roast spuds and seasonal veg
* Apple Crumble & Custard
* Shout back now if you have any special dietary needs - cliff needs two plates of food per course obviously, Also we need a vegetarian option for one player, who is the same bloke who does not want to give any money to help for heroes, that says a lot :-)
